How do I order heating oil online?
Go to our order page, enter your ZIP code, choose gallons or "fill my tank" and your delivery details, and pay on delivery. We'll call to confirm today's price before we deliver — or call 631-264-8800 any time for today's price.
What is the minimum delivery?
Our minimum delivery is 25 gallons. Small deliveries (under 100 gallons) cost a little more per gallon. Out of oil? Call 631-264-8800 or see our emergency page.
Why are there two prices?
We have a cash price (cash or debit card) and a credit card price. The credit card price includes a surcharge that is never more than what our card processor charges us. Debit cards always pay the cash price.
How does "fill my tank" work with a card?
We place a temporary authorization on your card for up to 250 gallons. After delivery you're charged only for the gallons actually delivered, and your bank releases the rest of the authorization.
When will my card be charged?
After your oil is delivered. Until then you will see a pending authorization, not a charge.
How fast can you deliver?
Most orders are delivered within a day or two, depending on the time ordered and the weather. The date you pick is a target — weather or demand can move it a day or so, and we'll let you know the way you prefer. Out of oil? Call 631-264-8800 — phone calls get priority, and service-contract and automatic-delivery customers come first.
Do you service gas boilers?
Yes. We service and repair oil and gas boilers, burners and furnaces, and give free estimates on new boilers (oil or gas), burners, furnaces and oil tanks.
What if I run out of oil?
Call us at 631-264-8800. After a delivery to an empty tank your burner may need to be primed and reset.
Do you deliver propane?
No — we refill BBQ/grill propane tanks at our Amityville yard (drop-off only).
Do you offer automatic delivery?
Yes. We schedule deliveries using the weather and your usage so you don't run out. Sign up on our automatic delivery page. To change or cancel, just contact us.
