No. Anyone in our service area can call or order online. Plans are optional.
Automatic delivery: yes, call or email us any time. A delivery that's already scheduled may still come unless you reach us in time. Service contract and budget plan: call us. Your agreement explains how cancelling and settling up work, and you can read it below before you sign.
We work to keep you from running out, but no one can promise it, for example in extreme cold or if your usage changes. If you're low or out, call 631-264-8800 right away. For no heat, see no heat help.
When it's busy (cold snaps, storms), phone calls get priority over web requests, and customers with a service contract or on automatic delivery are served first. Everyone else is helped as quickly as we can after that. To be first in line, ask about a service contract or automatic delivery.
