How do I order heating oil online?
Enter your ZIP code to see today's price, choose gallons or "fill my tank", add your delivery details, then pay by card or choose cash on delivery. Prefer the phone? Call 631-264-8800 during office hours.
What is the minimum delivery?
Our minimum delivery is 25 gallons. Small deliveries (under 100 gallons) cost a little more per gallon.
Is there a discount for paying cash?
Yes. Our posted price applies to credit, debit and prepaid cards. Pay the driver cash and save 20¢ on every gallon.
How does "fill my tank" work with a card?
We place a temporary authorization on your card for up to 300 gallons. After delivery you're charged only for the gallons actually delivered, and your bank releases the rest of the authorization. If your tank takes more than that, the difference is charged to the same card.
When will my card be charged?
After your oil is delivered. Until then you will see a pending authorization, not a charge.
How fast will my oil be delivered?
Most orders are delivered within a day or two, depending on the time ordered and the weather. The date you pick is a target, and we'll let you know if it moves. When it's busy, phone calls get priority, and service-contract and automatic-delivery customers come first.
Is there a rush fee?
No, there's no rush fee. Night emergency deliveries carry a $95 emergency fee, and we'll tell you before we come. Out of oil? Call 631-264-8800 or see what to do if you ran out.
Do I need a contract or a plan to order?
No. Anyone in our service area can order online or call. Plans are optional.

We deliver to Amityville and towns across Nassau and Suffolk. Enter your ZIP above. If it isn't on our list you can still order and we'll confirm.
What are your office hours?
Monday–Friday 8 am–4:30 pm, Saturday 8 am–12 pm, Sunday closed. No-heat emergencies: call anytime, 631-264-8800.
