Heating oil in St. James: what we see
We deliver all over St. James, including the streets off Lake Avenue and Route 25A, the neighborhoods near the St. James LIRR station, and the wooded roads toward Head of the Harbor and Stony Brook.
St. James has older homes near Lake Avenue alongside colonials, capes and ranches on larger, wooded lots.
Tip for St. James homes: Wooded lots drop a lot of leaves and branches. Keep the fill pipe and the tank vent clear so the driver can find them and the tank can vent while it fills.
