How to get oil as fast as possible
- Call, don't just order online. Phone calls come first when it's urgent.
- Tell us you're out (or how low the gauge reads), your address and ZIP, and how you'll pay.
- Make the fill pipe easy to reach. Clear snow, unlock gates, and keep dogs inside. Where the gauge and fill pipe usually are.
- Pay cash to the driver for the cash price, or pay by card over the phone or online.
Out completely? After the delivery the burner may need to be primed (bled) by a technician before it restarts. Press the reset button once only. What to do when you run out of oil.

Never need a rush delivery again
Most emergency calls are runouts. Two ways to avoid them: order at 1/4 tank with COD (will-call), or switch to automatic delivery, where we track the weather and your usage and deliver before you run low. Automatic and service-contract customers are served right after phone emergencies in cold snaps.

Can I get oil delivered at night or on Sunday?
We offer 24/7 emergency service at 631-264-8800. Our office hours are Monday–Friday 8 am–4:30 pm, Saturday 8 am–12 pm, Sunday closed; outside those hours, call the same number for an emergency.
Should I order online or call if I need oil today?
Call. Phone calls come first when it's urgent, especially in a cold snap. Online orders are fine when you still have oil in the tank.
What is the smallest emergency delivery?
Our minimum delivery is 25 gallons. Small deliveries cost more per gallon, so if you can, take enough to get you well above empty.
Who gets served first in a cold snap?
We take phone calls first, then service-contract and automatic delivery customers. Automatic customers are scheduled before they run low, which is the best way to avoid needing a rush delivery.
